2 contradicting permits

Post by Brother » Wed Oct 25, 2006 11:45 pm

After working for 5 yrs on work permit I finally got the letter from the ministry of Justice giving me .......'permission to remain for 5 yrs'.I applied for this myself.

On the other hand my company applied for my sixth work permit and it was granted as..'The permit is valid for an Unlimited Period'

So I have these two documents which have different wording.which one here should I go with?

Hi Brother,

The 5 years LTR will give you the posibility to change employer and be independent, very good for you.

The 6th Unlimited Work Permit only allows you to work for the same employer and also will exempt your employer from applying for new WP every year (no fee and no hassle to fill in papers), very good for your employer, but no good to you.

Regards,

Mendo
