Appeal Time after ILR refusal

Hi All,

last week i have used premium service for ILR but they kept my documents because of 90+ days business trip (employer letter attached) and waiting for UKBA call.

But once i will receive my documents,i have to travel outside UK ASAP(My tier1 visa expire in April/2014).

IF MY ILR APPLICATION WILL BE REFUSED THEN HOW MANY DAYS THEY WILL GIVE TO APPEAL?DO I NEED TO SUBMIT MY PASSPORT/BRP CARD WHEN I SUBMIT APPEAL PAPERS?

If they refused before april 2014 which is very likely . you won't be given chance to appeal.
