Hi,

I entered the UK in 2007 as a Work Permit Holder and since than, have had extensions every year because of which my current visa category is TIER 2 ICT. Early this year (2012), my wife joined me on Tier 2 ICT Long term Staff dependent visa. I'm eligible for ILR in August 2012. Me and my wife's current leave to remain expires in December 2012.

So, can anyone please help me the following queries:
1. Correct form for me to apply ILR - is it SET(O)?
2. It is fine, if I provide an employer letter which is more than a month old, when I'm applying for my IRL?
3. Does my wife also have to apply for ILR Dependent along with me or she can apply for it anytime till her existing Tier 2 ICT Long term Staff dependent visa (December 2012) expires?
4. What will be the right form for my wife to apply for ILR dependent?

I'll be really thankful if someone can please help me with the above queries.
