FLR(HSMP) Timeline

i'm not really worried about how long the initial HSMP1 form will take to be processed (well as long as it's not longer than 4 months or so)

however, to apply for FLR(HSMP) i need to send my passport. i travel FREQUENTLY for work and i really cannot be without my passport for more than 6 weeks or so. and from what I understand FLR(HSMP) cannot be processed in person at PEO Croydon/Birmingham (unlike FLR(WP))

can anyone tell me how long this FLR(HSMP) part of the process takes?

Ideally my time will look like this:
Jan 07 Apply for HSMP1
Mar 07 Granted HSMP (have six months to transfer this into FLR(HSMP), right?)
May 07 I have 6 week window where I don't need my passport.
July 07- Need my passport back.

i realize things are variable but help would be greatly appreciated!
