www.cic.gc.ca/english/ , I dont currently qualify. I'll probably need a job offer from an employer. I thought if I go thru an agency, they can keep my application and apply on my behalf when an opportunity arises.
Many thanks for the info you've provided though and any other inputs you may have will be much appreciated.
Hi,
What passport do you hold, and what's your profession/trade?
If it helps, keep these suggestions in mind:
1.- Be very aware there a number of phony "agents". But also, there are Employment Agencies with already approved Labour Market Opinion (LMO) which will get you into Canada quicker.
2.- As it stands, it's becoming easier to come to Canada on a TWP and then apply for PR; however, I admit people want to secure their legal stay here (in the UK is called Indefinite leave to remain) instead of depending on any employer.
3.- If you have the means to come over; knock on doors and introduce yourself, your chances on finding a sponsor will be much higher.
