HELP PLEASE

Post by Kevvj » Fri Sep 07, 2012 3:04 pm

My age when I first applied for Tier One in 2009 was 25 and I am 28 now and will be applying for extension in 2012.

Will I be able to claim all 20 points for age because I was 25 years when I first applied or will I get 10 points because I am 28 now?

People give me different answers so I need advice... please help[/b]

You will get the same point when you applied initially i.e 20.

Points are as per your age when you first applied - it is clearly stated in the application form/ guidance notes/ points calculator etc.
