Hi,

I am making an online application for my wife as a Tier 1 dependent from VFS Cochin & would appreciate if you could advise for the foll:

- Does copies of my passport & brp require a notorised attestation or is self attestation sufficent?
- Is TB screening required for her?
- Can you advise exact fees for Tier 1 dependent?
