Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General - Please Help

Hello Team,

I have entered in UK in June 2011 on Tier 2 ICT visa and then it extend in April 2012 in long term category. Here are the details

Visa issued in April 2011 - Tier 2 ICT -Established Staff ( Under the rules in place before 6th April 2011 )
Visa Renewed in April 2012 – Tier 2 ICT -Long Term Staff valid till April 2014.

Can I switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General and work for another sponsor ?

Should I require restricted or unrestricted CoS to changed.

What should be start date in CoS , will it be next working day from the last working day with current employer ?

What should be end date in new Cos , current Cos and Tier 2 ICT long visa having expiry date as 03/04/2014 ? New sponsor should mention 03/04/2014 or they can mention 2 years from date of start date ? e.g Start date : 16/12/2012 and End Date : 15/12/2014 ?
