5 YEAR completing in Jan-2013, Urgent Help please

Post by khurramrafiq » Thu Oct 11, 2012 9:11 am

Guys

My 5 years as Tier1 completing in Jan-2013. My wife and 2 kids are dependent on me as tier1.

Now my wife and kids need to go now back to home country for at least 6 months.

My question is can I apply for ILR now and leave the dependents later to apply means sometime in August 2013? as they already completed their 5 years as dependent with me?

I appreciate your urgent help

When is your wife's and child's current leave due to expire?

If they travel, how do they expect to reenter UK after expiry of their leave in Jan '13?

That is what I am asking, sorry if I didn't explain it clearly.

If they leave now, can they apply for ILR from home country based on they spent five years in UK after their leave expired?
