Biometric bar code not working

Hi all,

I got my extension by PEO same day and applied my wife and kid's visa by post. when we received bar code letters, my wife's biometrics done OK but my kid's bar code did not scan at post office. we tried at 2 different post offices. When I called UKBA they sent new letter which again did not scan bar code at post office. I called them again today and they are sending new one now.

I'm worried because I read in this site that if bar code does scan first time then it will not work ever.

Please advise how to book an appointment for one dependent at PEO only for biometrics?. OR please advise if some one had same problem.
