Applying for Dep Tier 1 General as I got mine today

Hi All I got my visa confirmation letter today.
I am applying for dependents visa now.
I got following Documents

My Documents:
Copy of confirmation Letter
3 Months bank statements
Copy of my Passport

Spouse:
Application Form
Passport
Photo 2
Marriage certificate
Fee credit card details

Child
Application Form
Passport
Photo 2
Birth Certificate
Fee credit card details

I am sending all above documents in one envelop.
As their visa is going to expire on 30th Nov 12 so I am sending on 26 or 27th Nov so please reply soon are above documents OK, do I need to add anything else.

Do I need to wait for BRP? will there be any other information with that which I need to add with?

Please tell me as on Dep Application form Page 8 C4
C4; What is the reference number for the most recent application of the PBS main applicant
you are dependant on?

But on my confirmation letter Ref no. is old one which is of my first application.
Should I include this ref?
