ILR eligibility WP + T2 ICT (issued after 6 Apr 2010) + T1

Hi,
Can someone help me to confirm if I am eligible for ILR in June 2013 in the below case. The doubt is the Tier 2 ICT (intra company transfer) issued after April 6 2010, is it going to break my 5 year continuous stay clause for ILR?

Work permit: Entered the country on work permit - 24 months
20-Jun-2008 to 20-Jun-2010

Tier 2 ICT - In country extension, sponsored by same employer - 3 month
15-Jul-2010 to 14-Oct-2010

Tier 2 ICT - In country extension, sponsored by same employer - 9 month
22-Nov-2010 to 13-Oct-2012

Tier 1 General - 24 months
8-Jul-2011 to 8-Jul-2013

If you entered UK in 2008 on WP as an intra-company transferee, then you yes.

Though the immigration rule (245CD(d)) doesn't appear to specifically state so, the requirement is applicable only to those who were never granted leave under the ICT category (WP / PBS) before 06-Apr-10.

The work permit document from home office does not specify any where its intra-company transfer, but as far as I know I was on intra company transfer.

During ILR, is there any specific documentation I need to carry to justify my case?
