I came to UK on WP in Jan 2008 and in Jan 2010 it was changed to T2 ICT. I am applying for ILR in Jan 2013.

1. Which form to use ?

2. Which form for my dependent wife ?

3. My stay in UK is continuous. ( only 78 days outside UK in last 5 yrs ), however, my wife was on and off to India. In 2011, she was out of UK for 172 days and in 2012, she was out of UK for 58 days ( so far ). Can I apply for ILR for my wife along with me ?

Hi wpilr_nov12. My Wife got Visa Entry Clearance on 28 Jun 2010, valid until 26 Jan 2011. She then joined me in UK on 14 Sep 2010.

On 3rd Nov 2010, I had applied for extension and along with me, she got BRP (LTR) valid until 27 Jul 12.

On 25 Jul 12, I again got extended until Jan 2014. So, both of us got new BRP (LTR).

Let me know, if there is any other query

I would wait for expert to weigh in if your wife is currently eligible to apply as your dependent. I think she is, but there may be some technical issues that I am not very proficient on.

29-Mar-11 to 17-Jul-11 UK
17-Jul-11 to 25-Sep-11 India
25-Sep-11 to 3-Apr-12 UK
3-Apr-12 to 1-May-12 India
1-May-12 to 20-Sep-12 UK
20-Sep-12 to 21-Oct-12 USA (visit to daughter)
21-Oct-12 to Till Date UK

My UK entry clearance was on WP Work Permit in Jan 2008. And I have been continuously here in UK. In Jan 2010, it changed to 2T ICT.
