Dear members/experts,

Firstly apologies if the same question has been answered in any other forum. I did tried to search this topic in the ILR forum without luck.

I'm currently on Tier 1 (General) and planning to apply for ILR (for me and my dependent family members) in August 2013. My bank is offering a personal loan. Please can you confirm if I take a personal loan from my bank would that have any impact to the ILR applicaion ?

The new SET(M) (and potentially others) forms from 13/12/12 ask about debts and so forth but they are only concerned with CCJs and bad debt.
