indefinite leave to remain in UK and pay slips requirements

Post by uknet80 » Thu Jan 03, 2013 7:05 am

Dear Forums,

I am British and three years ago I got married. My wife is non EU residence. After getting Visa for her, she has been living I UK for more two years.
I have rented a flat in UK were my wife lives in and pay all bills and council tax.

She will be applying for indefinite leave to remain at home office directly.
One of the requirements is to provide a pay slips. I am currently working outside of UK and have pay slips. Do you think this may cause any problem for my wife case? As some of the questions Home Office may asks would be; you should be living with your wife, or the pay slips has to be from UK.

What is your opinion about this?

Thanks
