Can anyone please advice me on this matter. It's urgent!
I am a self-employed person, went to PEO Croydon on 9th Jan. 2013, for Tier 1 (General) application with 2 dependents and submitted all required documents, also used an ACCA qualified Accountant. However, the case worker couldn't trace the registration of my accountant on their online list of accountants. Though, They found all my documents fine but they need original registration certificate and details of my accountant and his firm. I need submit this document within 14 days. My accountant had sent those documents and a cover letter to UKBA directly, and I had also forwarded those documents again. But UKBA hasn't replied yet!
Can anyone please suggest me what should I do next? And how long it takes for UKBA to decide in this type of situation?
