Any Refusal for not submitting Income Tax Return?

Dear Members,

I came across some thread on this forum that this month under new HSMP scheme; many applications were rejected on the basis of not submitting the Income Tax Return.

All those who's application got rejected on this basis please share your views and application contents.

This will help the future applicant's to prepare their application accordingly.
