BRP issuing timeline for same day service

Hi hope any one can help me with this matter

We have submitted an application on 22th feb at Solihull and got approval letter same time

We have been waiting to receive BRP since then I know it can take up to 10 working days to receive
We need to travel by end of feb I am aware that its says on letter not to book any tickets

But any one have idea what's the best way to approach ukba or anyone having same problem.
