Hi,
I am about to apply for visa for my newborn. I have got HSMP extension in Mar 2005 until Mar 2009. (Yes, I am one of those unfortunate ones who needs to apply for another 1 year extension in 2009 to make it 5 years before becoming eligible for PR. Anyway, thats not the focus right now)
I have recently applied for passport for my 6 months old son and am expecting to receive the same in a few days.
I work through a Limited Company and I am the sole Director (and owner e.g.100% share holder) of the Company. What sort of evidences do I need to provide to show that I have enough funds to support my child. (Mind you, I already have an extension, which meant I have produced evidences to show that I can support myself and my partner when applied for extension.)
As some of you are aware that in order to make the Income the most tax efficient, the Director takes a minimal wage. Rest of the income is earned as dividends.
In my situation, what documents are required to show that I have enough funds?
Although I know the answer to this question, but it is safe to make travel plans (Need to book tickets ASAP to get better deals) before getting my son's visa stamped, assuming that it is a straight forward application. I am planning to visit my home country in the 3rd week of Feb07.
Many Thanks.
