Hello All
I wanted to ask if with the new CoP valid from April6, 2013 the salary which is based on 39hours/week is a bit high for me like around £500 pounds but my contracted hours is 35, can you please let me know if my employer's letter stating my salary and number of hours per week should be enough or there is some other method to pro-rate the salary officially and mention it on the letter?
Also I am on the old work permit, and would be grateful if someone can advice if there is a change in my Job title but not much change on my duties and responsibilities, will my employer need to inform UKBA?
Any advice will be much appreciated.
