Has anyone any experience of submtting passport at Birmingham vfs for oci?

My query relates to what time you have to go to Jewelry Quarter to submit your British passport and how many tokens are issued and the general experience?

Does anyone know the definitive answer at to what time you have
to be at Birmingham embassy to submit your British passport for u sticker, please?
