Hi

I applied for a family visit visa for my brother-in-law from pakistan november last year and it got refused, we appealed against the decision from Pakistan and he has recieved a letter today saying to bring in his pasport to the gerrys office with the letter recived it does not state on the letter if he has got the visa or not and two passport size photographs please can someone explain has he got the visa or not????
