Any problem in Embassy - Workpermit->EC for HSMP visa

Hello,
If we have UK Workpermit and residing out of UK, Will there be any problem in Embassy to get Entry Clearence after HSMP Approval?

Like, do they ask why we are not interested in using exisitng workpermit and stuff...

nope, they dont care about your existing visa. As long as you are eligible for the visa you are applying for, it should be a piece of cake (assuming you have the HSMP approval letter).

Rather it would help the embassy guys take a faster decision as there would nt be a concern to make any more enqiries on the applicants genuinety ..... :D

So if you already have one WP to UK then you are at a better position to get your EC faster ... :D

sunil.suneel, I support your advice,
Example is when you already have other visa category such as , STUDENT VISA, VISITOR VISA which have been renewed on several occassion you stand a better chance of getting an EC on HSMP approval. The reason is your record is already with the embassy.
