Dependants ILR

Post by Freeman78 » Sat May 18, 2013 6:52 pm

Hi. Guys please shedd some light as I can't seems to find the right answer . I am T 2 general and ILR due in October 13 on the basis of long residence. My wife and daughter joined me in September 2009 as a PSW dependent and switched to T2 dependant In June 10. Can you please advise if they need to switch to FLR(M) after I received my ILR or they can apply for SET(M} for settlement ? Also what rules apply to them? Is it 2 years wait or new 5 years requirement ? Many thanks

My view is that they should initially switch to FLR(M) prior to SET(M).
