WP to HSMP

Post by boonworkpermit » Fri Feb 09, 2007 12:47 am

Hi,

I've been working for 3 years on WP and I would like to switch to HSMP so that I can change jobs more easily. However, just to be on the safe side, I would really want to avoid having to get an extension before I apply for ILR....
Does anyone know how many years of FLR(HSMP) will I initially get?

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks a lot for the info.
I definitely hope that the government won't change any more rules.

boonworkpermit,

Can you share how you're applying for HSMP ? Are you doing this through a consultant or direct application ?

I'm also in a similar situation like yours .. 3 yrs WP

Thanks

hi samw

I haven't decided whether I will hire a consultant to do this.
From what I read in the forum (e.g., a recent post by foobar) about supporting evidence, my case doesn't seem to be complicated. For now, I tempt to do it by myself.

Probably, I will just submit as evidence the pay slips, P60's , degree certificate, ielts result, and work contract for the past three years.

cheers,
