Some document missed and how to request them,

Hi All
My wife received her spouse visa approval letter recently and some original document we sent with her application missing. How to request the missing documents

Interesting question! write to BHC and request for missing documents, or if your wife has not come to UK, ask her to visit BHC in person and request for it.

She applied here in UK. What is BHC?

You need ti write to the UKBA office that dealt with your application.Quite often not all original documents ( e,g utility bills/bank statements etc)but others like marriage or Education certificates etc are returned to applicant.
