Why do you want to change your appeal to paper appeal?

What is the reason of refusal?

Right!

it wont help you in completing 10y because if u if u have a refusal then ur ILR application will not be considered untill a decision will be made on ur appeal.

so u better focus on getting a decision in ur favour rather just covering short time.

even an applicant complete hiss/her 10y and outcome of any pending appeal go against him/her then person will not get ILR because his continues leave has been considerd broken.

but in the guidelines by HO its mentioned clearly anyone waiting for outcome on an appeal is eligible of long residency if 10 yrs is completed during this time.

application for ILR whilst an appeal in process can take any turn as few members gave their comments all seemingly right.

you should complete if you can your ten years whilst an appeal in process to be eligible to apply for ILR as you already trying..

you need a professional who is expert in immigration matters can solve your problem.. to me it does not sound ILR being rejected once you have completed your ten years lawfully..

thanks..
