Is there any travel restrictions for HSMP holders....

I am currently on HSMP visa (2 yrs) ,please suggest maximum how long someone can be out of UK at a stretch ,during initial HSMP period .is there any restrictions for travel for HSMP Visa holders.
Please help

Not really..U can be outside the country as long as u want.(u need to come back before your EC expires.)

But if u want to apply for ILR after 4 years then there is a restriction of max. 3 months at a stretch...

if your work demands a lot of travel...you need to prove that as well and they will be considered as part of your stay in the UK...

if your work demands a lot of travel...you need to prove that as well and they will be considered as part of your stay in the UK...

What if you're out of UK for personal reasons (e.g. working in another country) for an extended period. Would that be a problem?
