HSMP dependant visa help

Hi,

I am on tier 2 sponsored visa and got married to my gf who is on HSMP visa. I wan to ask that can I apply within UK to switch from tier 2 to tier 1 dependant or I have to go back to my country and apply from there. And also what documents and form I need to fill.
