I am going to apply Tier 4 with my 2 dependents on 16/09

I have filled Tier 4 Student print and send form ( 1 Form for myself as lead applicant and my dependents listed on the same form) is this OK?

We are going for PEO appointment what are the chances of getting decision on the same day?

Please note we had used PEO service two time earlier ( i.e Tier 4 extension and PSW) and we got the decision both time on the same day.

Anybody have an experience? or would like to add/ advise before we attend PEO?

Any particular reason why they are getting so many refusal ( PEO)

The reason for sending is that I did a mistake in my online application Form by stating "Yes" in Question number 39 which asks

" Have you ever been a refuse visa of any country??

" In reply of that question i thought that Online Form is asking about my recent Refusal of any Country Including "UK" so in relation to that i ticked that option in by Stating" yes" and did Explain in Detail in Question Number 57 by Date of Application Country name and a Reason which was ...
"6/09/2013 UK, I HAVE PROVIDED THE BANK STATEMENT WHICH WERE NOT SUPPORTED BY AN STAMP AND SIGNATURE FROM THE BANK."

AT THE TIME OF FILLING THAT ONLINE APPLICATION I THOUGHT THAT "ANY" COUNTRY COULD INCLUDES "UK" TOO.SO I ANSWERED ACCORDINGLY AS I ASSUME .

THE ISSUE I HAVE ALSO MENTIONED BY A BLUE INK IN MY "HARD COPY " OF APPLICATION FORM
