i'm a new zealander who is living in the UK with my partner of 3+ years. i am here on a unmarried partner visa (she is british) which we got when we were living in melbourne, australia last year. we have been living in the UK for about 7 months. i have spent hours trying to find out if i can go with my partner to work in spain when she goes there to work in a few months time on a visa similiar to the one i have now. she will probably be staying a number of years. this site seems informed and active so i hope someone can help! if i can't get a unmarried or defacto- type visa - would getting married be the only possibililty left?
