P60 & P45

I am on Tier ICT issued in Feb 2009. I arrived in UK March 2009 and left UK in Dec 2010. I traveled back to UK in July 2011 and have been here since then.

I have worked for the same employer since 2009. My Employer has provided me P60 for 2009-10, P45 for 2010-11 and P60 for 2011-12 & 2012-13.

Couple of questions -

1) Having P45 for 2010-11 will cause any issue? Please note I have been working for the same Employer since 2009.

2) Am I eligible for applying ILR in January 2014 (considering the 90 day travel delay rule)? I have not been outside UK for more than 180 days in any consecutive year when continuous period is calculated backwards.
