Request Details on British Citizenship Application

Dear Friends, I came to the UK on an HSMP (later Tier-1) visa on Feb 14, 2008. Thereafter, I received my ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) on Nov 18, 2012.

Can you please suggest when I am eligible for applying towards a British Citizenship ?

Also, for the British Citizenship, what is the form needed (provide provide the weblink) and the necessary documents that are needed to apply for becoming a British National ?

(I am currently an Indian passport holder).

When did you receive ILR?

(b) I have received my ILR on Dec 17, 2012.

Many thanks. I also want to apply for naturalisation for my daughter (currently 2.5 years old) who was born in India and came to the UK at the age of 4 months. She is also on ILR (since April 2013).

Can you please confirm if she is eligible to apply with me as well, for naturalisation purposes ?

(I am separated from my wife for the last 2 years. My wife lives in India, while my daughter lives with me in the UK).

Do you have sole responsibility for her?

Her registration will be Subject to discretion (3(1)).
