FLR(FP)

Hi

Noticed new forms on ukba website flr(FP)

Is this the form to be used now if you are illegal in uk and in relationship with British citizen or you are parent of British child and you have not done English test?

Previously flr(o) form was used for people in these circumstances but confused now

Please give your thoughts

FLR(FP) vs FLR(M)

Post by members » Sun Dec 08, 2013 8:36 pm

Dear Senior members/moderators/gurus:

The ukba website (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... ing-in-uk/) says:

"You must apply using application form FLR(M) for leave to remain on the 5-year route to settlement. For leave to remain on the 10-year family route, or on the basis of your private life you must apply using application form FLR (FP)."

Does it mean that dependants of 10 Year Long Residency applicants cannot extend their visa using FLR(M)?

Please help/explain/advise regarding this!
