Tier2 application

Dear All,

What document is required for Tier2 application, I am applying in person next week in Croydon.
Currently i am on visa Tier4 dependent of my wife’s Tier4 visa.
Now i am applying for Tier2 as a main applicant and my wife will be my Tier2 dependent.

Please can you advice what document required in above status.

So far i have following documents
-IELTS for both of us and my NARIC certificate
-Degree certificate for both of us
-Birth certificate for both of us
-Marriage certificate
-my Maintenance ticked in COS
-My wife’s Maintenance letter from my employer (Does PDF print valid ???)
-Joint account Bank statement in our name

Is any thing missing????
