Dependant visa

Hi,

Iam srividya. My husband has applied for his PR (UK) in premium service, but didnt get any reply from the embassy till now. Its been 3 months since his application has been submitted.

Can i apply for a visit visa now and go there or should i wait for his PR done first and then apply for my visa.

Please suggest. Thanks in advance

You probably need to provide more details:

1. Are you currently in UK?
2. Do you already have a Dependant Visa?

Hello,

Currently i dont have any visa and iam in INDIA right now. Its already been 7 months of marriage.

As the PR is getting delayed i want to apply for a visit visa now and go there.

Question is : my husband is under PR waiting status. Can he sponsor me for a spouse visa or a visit visa? If yes , i can apply my spouse visa and go there.

If no, is there any option where my relatives in UK can sponsor for a visitor visa? what are the chances of getting the visa approved or rejected. Please let me know .
