HSMP FORM FILLING AND RELATED QUERY

Post by mohan76 » Wed May 02, 2007 3:47 pm

Hi Friends,

I hope you all are doing fine and wish that you all achieve the success in HSMP APPROVAL.

I have few small queries related to HSMP FORM.

1) Whether the PRINT COPY OR THE PRINTED HSMP FORM is ok ? OR whether we have to take it from VFS or HIGH COMMISSION ETC.
I think print copy is ok but then thought let me take some confirmation from you friends.

2) Can you guide on - anything specific which we have to take care while filling the FORM. Any special instruction in filling or something very difficult to fill in, where in we have to be very very careful.

3) How the documents should be arranged alongwith the HSMP FORM? I mean, HSMP form on the top and then the original documents OR Documents should be kept in between the pages against respective point claim.

PLEASE HELP ME FRIENDS. I WILL BE APPLYING BEFORE 20TH MAY from bangalore.
Sonu

pls, be patient, and read the guidance carefully:)

e.g., p.19 says about the order of docs

" Other Details
Submission of Application Forms
In order to simplify the validation procedure,
please ensure that the application is packaged in
the following order:
Application form with cheque or postal order
(if applicable) secured to page one.
Covering letter.
Supporting documents."
