Apeal allowed to extent. Please advise

I Appeal allowed to extent. Judge comments that he was not sure the documens provided to him are enough as required, so its HO duty of public law to invite applicant to provide documents required.
HO has not contacted us, we have received fees back. Now my question is shall we send documens like VAT, PAYE, business bank statement, new CAR, recent statement 50k still availabl, Wage slip employee details, , OR shall we wait HO to ask and then send. Please advise.

well you said it yourself your appeal is allowed with Public law flexibility where Home office has been unable to contact you for the further documents caused this refusal at the 1st place. if they need anything as they needed last time they will contact you,if they contact you(unlikely situation) be specific in provision of the documents as to what is demanded, I see you named few documents that ready to go out is not the case in case if you are asked for more documents, provide what is asked.

make sure you have the money available to you all the times if they re-check as they check before a final tick, stay involved in business activities and the services that your business provides, you hopefully wont get anything but your BRP
