Dear Members,

In order to apply for dependent Tier 1 visa for my up coming child, I just need to know if I have to submit my Original Bio Metrics residence permit with application form.

Actually I am going to apply for my ILR next month where I need to hand in my Bio Metrics Residence Permit any way. Child is expected to arrive in April and my Mrs is keen to fly with child in May. If I apply for ILR in Feb , there is no way I got my outcome of application by May, on the basis of which I apply for my dependents legal Status and let them fly back home.

Is there any way if I proceed my dependent's visa application on the basis of Tier 1 General visa scheme with out submitting my Bio Metrics Residence Work Permit as this will be hand in while making an application for ILR.

Urgent response will be much appreciated as direction will be decided on basis of information provided.
