Hi just needed some advice
I live in the uk and am on a Bangladeshi passport and have indefinate leave to remain (permanent resident) as of nov 2013
I applied for a trv for 5 days
my trv was refused under the following grounds.
I did not supply an employment letter but I did give the latest 3 months payslips (I did however give the employment letter the following day after submitting my application via the VFS office, I have the acknowledgement email)
I don't have strong family enough ties in the uk to return to ( my sister is British and mother both live in Singapore)
My travel history was not satisfactory ( but in the last 6-7 years I have been to Singapore 4 times, Malaysia, Japan, India, Hong Kong and my home country Bangladesh)
Finally he did not believe once I enter Canada I will leave
I got my Uk indefinite leave to remain in nov 2013 and will be applying for a British passport in nov 2014 so my question is why would I not leave canada cuz it's in my interest to get the British passport plus I have a job to come back to.
Can anybody please let me know if I can appeal or if I can do anything to overturn the decision.
Thanks in advance.
