MN1 Registration for an UK born infant

Post by drdh4 » Sat Jan 04, 2014 7:14 pm

Hi All,

I was granted ILR on 18th of December 2013 and my baby was born 2 months before that (born in UK). I was going through the MN1 application for the registration of the baby and want to find out if the professional signing as a referee still applies as my baby is only 2 and a half months old. Or is it possible for two British citizens over the age of 25 to sign as referees.

Thanks and Regards.
