Job Change after ILR

Hello All

I would be grateful if someone can advice me on this.

I got my ILR on 30th Dec and have received by BRP.

I have got a job offer and would be grateful if I can join it straightaway or do I have to wait for a specific time before I can resign from my current job. For your information, I want to mention that I was on the old style work permit before my ILR.

Any thoughts and views on this will be much appreciated.

You can change jobs without any problems now.
