VERY URGENT -- ONLY 2 DAYS LEFT FOR REVIEW

Post by hsmp_distressed » Tue May 08, 2007 6:19 pm

Hi All,
Got my HSMP refused -- caseworker mentioned that he was unable to draw a correlation between bank statements and my salary slips. I have got the cheque numbers reflecting in my bank statements and I also have the copy from my office (this was not sent earlier to Home Office) which mentions about the cheque numbers. Will the Home Office accept this letter as NEW evidence? I also see that the office accountant has goofed up on 2 occasions out of 12 -- there is a SLIGHT DIFFERENCE (<1% of the net) in the amount in the payslip and the cheque credited to the bank a/c?

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME HERE. MY DECISION DATE WAS APRIL 13 AND IF I HAVE TO REQUEST FOR REVIEW IT MUST BE BEFORE MAY 10.

Please help.

I am also new to this area. I have one suggestion. get an employer's letter as well. the letter should have details of the salary for all 12 months that you have claimed along with cheque number and bank a/c number.

a/c number and bank name

and then a table having columns like

Month | salary | cheque number

This might make yor case clear to the caseworker and help you in review.

All the best !
