New English requirement for ILR

Hello dear members,

I am posting this on the behalf of my cousin, she is currently on spouse visa and planning for ILR soon, there is little confusion on which english course she would now need. i done some research on which course needed, apparently she needs B1 CEFR or equivalent.
Could someone please list all equivalent B1 CEFR courses that can be accepted. and also she can't find any college near oxford where she resides, she needs some help please.
