Upper Tribunal Refusal

Hi everyone
I have received my refusal from Upper Tribunal yesterday and there is no further right of appeal. I was on PSW before applying for 200K route. My documents are ready for 50K route as i was preparing to apply for that while i would have cancelled my current application. Now my question is can i still apply for 50K route in a day or two or should i go back and apply on 200K route. Please need help. Thanks

My refusal was same as some of the members in here. my name was not written on the bank letter, plus bank manager forgot to put the date on the letter which was provided for hearing. mind you i have applied in feb 2012 and my hearing was in july 2013. long story short that case has come to an end. My question is can i apply again within the time i have got that is 28 days?

Yes you can, could u please timeline ur appeal dates. I have applied permission to go upper tribunal. But still waiting for reply. If you just could share with me your upper tribunal processing that will be soo kind.
