Break for more than two years

Post by tier-1 » Sun Jan 26, 2014 11:31 am

Hello Friends,

I am aware that If I am out of UK for more than two years, then my ILR will be revoked.

Given that I have a child who has British citizenship, What will happen if I go back to my home country, along with my child and want to come back in after a few years when my child is a bit grown up.

Will my ILR be considered nullified or valid, given my connection to Britain via my child ?

Thanks
