Visa Expiry Date Question

Hi All,

This may seem like a silly question but because the word "2 year spouse visa" is used, I'm a bit confused as to what my wifes visa expiry date is.

She got her visa granted on 21/03/2012 and she got her entry stamp on 06/04/2012 and visa expiry of 21/06/2014.

Obvious this means that the visa that she was granted as a spouse visa was 25 months. Do we have to apply for ILR based on her entry date or the expiry date?

she can no earlier than 28 days before she meets two year requirement. as the visa date and entry date are so close, any time from mid march should be fine.

So do we disregard the expiry date on the visa and go by the entry date?
02/02/2012 - Spouse Visa Application Submitted (VFS Ahmedabad)
02/02/2012 - Application being forward to BHC
07/02/2012 - Application Under Process at BHC
21/03/2012 - Processed Application Delivered to Bluedart
23/03/2012 - Visa Granted:D
