Hi
What is the status of application when upper tribunal send it back to HO for reconsideration is it still under 3c leave or not.? Anyone knows please guide me thanks

Could you more details of your case pls ?

What was your status ( tier 1, tier2 ) ?

Why did you go to tribunal ?

What judge said while returning back your case to HO?
