Tier 2 (Gen) documents for ILR this month - Please check

Post by john353 » Mon Feb 10, 2014 6:38 pm

I have ILR appointment coming up later this month along with wife & 2 kids. Have been
on Tier 2 (gen) since beginning.

- One Set (O) form for all 4 applicants
- 2 photos each
- Four Passports
- 3 BRP's + 1 Entry clearance visa vignette in passport (younger child born in India and obtained PBS dependent visa, hence no BRP for him. In Set(O) form page 8 it asks for all dependents BRP number. Intend to put here the EC visa number. Is this fine?)
- Employer letter for SOC code/salary details etc.
- Latest payslips/bank statements with in last 30 days.
- KOLL : LiUK + PBS calculator print + degree certificate for me
:LiUK+ NARIC Statement of comaribility+ university letter for english medium + degree certificate for dependent
- Co-habitation documents - (Home office letter, joint bank account letter, council tax, rental agreement etc)
- Birth Certificates of my 2 kids ( Is this required as both were born in India? )

Please check and let me know if I am missing anything? All comments will be appreciated.

Thanks! I will take 4 yr HMRC history/ P60's as backup and will submit only if asked. I am taking only the latest pay slips for 3 months.

My employer letter is very similar to the one here:

Any other comments on my checklist, especially the below question?
younger child born in India and obtained PBS dependent visa (expiring only april 2014), hence no BRP for him. In Set(O) form page 8 it asks for all dependents BRP number. Intend to put here the EC visa number. Is this fine?)

Hi John353,

Would appreciate if you could share how application went through especially with KoLL documents that you submitted.
KOLL : LiUK + PBS calculator print + degree certificate for me
I also intend to give the same but just want to be sure that above document for KoLL are sufficient - OR If you did provide some other supporting document as well for KoLL. I would be giving this for my wife as well as for myself, both our Universities do appear in the PBS and give 10 points + On my previous ICT T2 Extension + Original Applications as well I have only provided my Degree Certificate(Which have been successful throughout).

Thanks,
Sewatkar

Looks fine.

Make sure you attach employer annual leaves letter.

Also only 1 pay slip and 1 bank statement is required for tier 2 (g). - latest ones.

No need of p60s.

Just attach what is required, no point over submitting documents.

Thank you Skc84, appreciate your quick revert. I am going to submit the following document just FYI..if you don't mind you could review them once.
1. Form: Set (O)
Dependant(s) eligible for settlement at the same time as the principal migrant must be included (as dependant) in the form.

2. Documents:
1. Letter from Employer Containing:
a. Salary should of the equivalent SOC Code / Calculations
b. Stating still Required in the JOB
c. Confirmation of details of absences as Annual Leave
2. Bank Statements (with Spouse Name) (Last 8 Months) + Prior 4 Months Only in my Name
3. Salary Slips (Last 12 Months)
4. Life in UK Certificate (taken at least more than 2 working days ahead of in person application)
5. UK Photo for each Applicant (with name written on the back of the photo) X 2 ( 6 Nos Total)
6. P60 (Last Five Years) --- May be will just keep it now and not submit as you say, quite a few people told me to submit I think its proof of income and Tax Returns (Though I too feel the less bulky application is better; why to bombard them with many documents)
7. House Agreement (with Spouse Name) for this year
8. Original Degree Certificate + Mark sheet (My Engineering)
9. Original Degree Certificate + Mark sheet (For wife : MUHS - Physiotherapy)
10. Print out of Points based calculator ( MUHS / My Engineering University)
11. Marriage Certificate
12. Daughter's Birth Certificate
13. All Our Passports (Old + New)
14. Biometric Residence Permit for Each
15. Letters of Tier 2 Application Extensions (Someone asked me to keep it not sure even if I have them now !)
16. Past Letters from GP/Hospitals ( Addressed to my wife at our Residence Address as I didn't have last year's house agreement with her name as well)
17. NHS registration document (Letter from GP confirming date since they are registered) for Wife + Daughter (As a proof of cohabitaion - not sure how good it is for UKBA :(, Have no other proof, also not sure what else to give)
18. Wife's National Insurance Letter Copy (Again for Cohabitation)

+

Xerox of All above documents
And Photocopies of Passport/s along with photocopies of any pages that contain personal details, visas or immigration stamps (foreign or UK).

3. Printout of PEO Appointment Email
Printout of Online Payment sheet

4. Refusal Notice (Wife + Daughter) -- Keeping Just in case enquired (They were refused DEP VISA Once as I had submitted Online bank Statement without Bank Stamp/SIgnature on it)
Hospitals (Maternity) documents from India-- Keep Just in case enquired
