Tier 1 General Dependant

Hi,

i am on tier 1 general visa and my visa will run out in november. my wife is Tier 1 dependant and have got visa till november same as mine. my 10 years will be completed in next month(march 2013). if i apply ILR under 10 years residency for myself then do i need to apply for my wife's visa at same time or can i apply once her visa run out in november. any thoughts ?

You can apply for your wife visa extension before your wife visa runs out in Nov 2014 using FLR (M) form and follow the financial requirements as per FLR M rules. If your spouse came before 9th July 2012 then you do not need to show any financial requirements and later apply for ILR once your wife completes 2 years period with you.

Hi,

can someone please help here.

i am currently on ILR under long residency and my wife was my dependant under TIER1 General. Her visa is running out in November and i belive i need to fill in FLR(M). can some one please guide me through for below points.

1. What will be financial requirement for her extension
2. Is there any english language requirement for her to fulfill

Naturalisation Referee

Hi,

i am applying for Naturalization and have question with regards to referee.

me and my friend live at same address, he is a british passport holder, can he be my one of the referee given that we live at same address.
